What Talk-Based Coaching Involves

Talk-based coaching uses the power of conversation as a tool for self-discovery and positive change. Each session creates a focused, unhurried space for you to voice what is on your mind, explore your thinking, and identify the steps that feel right for you.

Sessions follow your lead. You decide what to bring to the conversation — whether that is a specific challenge you are facing, a decision you are weighing, or simply a need for a structured space to think things through.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are held one-to-one and are completely confidential. Through open-ended questions and active listening, your coach supports you in drawing out your own insights — rather than offering advice or directing outcomes. You remain in control of the process at every stage.
